Disclaimer
Clients may cancel their services with our business at any time by providing written notice of cancellation. Upon cancellation, the client will be eligible to receive a refund for the payment made for the billing month in which the cancellation occurs. This refund applies only to the service fee for that specific month and does not include payments made for prior months during which services were rendered in full or in part.
Refund Policy
Refunds do not apply to any completed work, ad spend, third-party fees, or costs incurred on behalf of the client prior to the effective cancellation date. Any advertising budgets paid directly to third-party platforms (including but not limited to Meta, Google, or other advertising providers) are non-refundable and remain subject to the respective platform’s policies.
Refund Processing and Acknowledgement
​Once the cancellation request has been confirmed, the applicable refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable processing timeframe. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution. By engaging in our services, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
